My Story

When i was in college there were loads of people who told me tat i would never make it big in life.. and here i am today by the grace of god working for a good company and when i look back at all the years so far.. makes me wonder .. how did i even get here.. wakes me up to the realities to the fact its the almighty alone who makes and mends people and i believe tat if u trust him he will lead u in paths which may seem too much for an ordinary person to see and believe

Seasons..

Everyday that we live.. is truly a season in itself.. i have a friend who actually made me listen to this song.. which goes like four seasons in one day.. the band is crowded housse.. i should tell you it really did make me think a lot.. If we look around us.. after an hour after we ve woke up.. how many different emotions do we travel through..happiness, sadness, anxiety, stress just to name a few..

truly.. Everyday is a season in itself..

Salik or alik

Salik.. the new toll system in dubai .. they say it will reduce traffic.. bla bla.. am not bothered.. coz i know it wont help in any way.. all roads.. which were atleast commutable.. are now gonna be .. not so commutable.. yes for sure filled with traffic those are tryin to get out by not paying salik..

now now.. consider the payment.. 4 dhs one trip to a max of 24 dhs.. wen was the last time u as a reader .. got a salary hike.. was it wen the market had an inflation or was it coz salik was introduced.. does make no sense to me.. how is a person who gets harldly any money to meet his days meet in terms.. now now.. where am i going .. RTA says there is not for money... its for people to use car pool and public transport.. well.. lets wait for a taxi .. my odds for a taxi in the morning.. needle in a hay stack.. car pool great idea.. i thought such things werent allowed under the law.. u could be fined.. Dhs.2000 now tats a good bargain.. aint save 4 and pay 2000 to the cops.. well COPS would just say ur using ur car as a cab.. now again.. buses do we even find one??? i never see one..

is there any traffice @ 2 in the night.. well salik still runs u for 4 dhs.. crazy they are planning for a better dubai with people having salaries over a million.. Dubai police aint supporting salik.. not the public.. well i do support salik.. provided they get their act together... more busses.. not cabs.. i aint reach.. please wait till we have the metro atlesat.. now tats another story.. next journel..

wat worries me more.. as my local friends saya it aint salik.. meaning "clear way" its ALIK " get stuck".. the biggest mistake in the history of DUBAI- RTA.

god saves us.. or give us the salaries and work timings of these lucky people @ RTA 10AM to 2PM... aint they working too hard to make the commoner who leaves his home @ 5 in the morning and get back @ 9 in the evening.. thanks to salik and RTA we can sleep on the roads.. they can charge us the rent also.. more money for RTA..


hey has anyone thought abt the poor mans ride... motor bikes?? SALIK TAGS ON THEIR HELMET???????????????????? wow.. wat an innovation... hehehehe.. long live RTA

Mismanaged Records..

How often do we face in life.. problems with mismanaged records.. well its not always possible for one single man to move things around him.. he is @ times forced to look at people around him.. and wat do u do the when the person next to u or either dependent on is not so.. persuasive with things that he is doing.. what possibly can go wrong will be for the one who is doing things in a proper way..

Think about it.. care for the one next to you..

Long time..

well the last time i wrote was somewhere around march 27th.. even if it at time you feel like writing .. it never really works out the way it has two.. then i wondered to myself.. wat really could be the reason then it stuck my head.. for ur pen to be in motion.. u need to have a few things in the right place.. i guess u can easily rank them too..

1. Your mind has to be in right place.. mean unwanted problems or thoughts which really ruin your state of mind
2. The people around : well i guess the above is directly proportional to your mind state... if the people around make u feel miserable i am sure ur state of mind goes for a ride
3.Time.. well i guess you always needs this to be around should you feel like doing something or anything creative.. time is something which can never be bought but i do believe tat it can be made
4.Silence.. do i really mean the silence on the outside.. which i think can in no way be made watever you do.. so.. silence within yourself on in the inside is surely needed for such creative thoughts to follow.

well now the reason for me not writing is evident .. have loads of things to set in place..

Performance Oriented... Not mine.. Thanks to a friend

People often are extremely performance oriented. We learn from the time we are little, the better we perform the more love we receive. In our relationship with God, our thinking often continues in this pattern. We think God will love us and bless us more, the better we perform. But because we aren't able to behave right all the time, we start working and striving, trying to overcome all our weakness.


Our worth is not based on how acceptable we can make ourselves to God. God is looking for people with a right heart attitude toward Him, not a perfect performance record.



2nd Chronicles 16:9 says, "For the eyes of the Lord run to and froth throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong on behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him"



Whose heart is perfect toward him means to have a right heart attitude toward God – to love as much as we know how to love Him; to want what He wants; to want His will; to want to do His will.



We don't earn God's love; we don't earn His blessings. We can go to him at anytime and have our needs met. Hebrews 4:16 days, "Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God's unmerited favor), that we may receive mercy (for our failure) and find grace to help in good time for every need (appropriately held and well timed help, coming just when we need it).



People who live and walk in intentional disobedience, but want God to bless them anyway, may think that we don't have to make an effort to overcome our weaknesses to win God's approval. The truth is this: God will use us in spite of our weaknesses and will help us overcome them; we don't have to struggle to overcome them on our own, but we must be progressing toward overcoming them.



God wants us to come to terms with ourselves and learn our value is not in what we do but in who we are. He wants us to be willing to be who we are, weaknesses and all.



Here is the Contrast…The devil wants to bombard us with opportunities to think negative thoughts about ourselves so that we will return to that pattern of thinking most of us learned growing up. He wants us to be contemplating what is wrong with us instead of thinking about what is right with us.



Many people develop a shame-based nature as a result of unfair and unkind treatment by different people- parents, school teachers, friends, strangers. Our attitudes and opinions of ourselves are programmed into us over a period of time.



Dear ones, don't allow how other people treat you to determine your value. People who lack confidence have a private little war going on in their lives. If you want to increase your self-acceptance and your opinion of yourself, decide right here and now that not one more negative thing about you will ever come out of your mouth.

Torrents-- Latest in Download Technology

Well i ve been using lime wire to download stuff over the net.. i was introduced to this new.. source of download which is called Torrent.. i know its not new.. for me atleast it is.. well trust me anythin u want over the net is available.. including the latest movies.. softwares.. i was surprised to even find movies which were realeased days back avaialable for download..

aint there in copyright law applicable.. too much to think for me .. but boy its an awesome way to download..
